We are looking for you to join our growing team as Team Leader Sales!

This is how you make an impact as a Teamlead Sales

You will be responsible for and refine our sales strategy focusing on the automotive sector – for customers in the DACH region and international key accounts. You will focus on a selective growth strategy that is consistently geared towards relationship management. With your flair for market trends and your innovative strength, you will secure our lead and lead your cross-functional team to joint success in a targeted manner.

Your daily responsibilities include

  1. Leadership & coaching: You will lead a cross-functional team with a clear focus on individual strengths and goals. Through continuous feedback, targeted talent development and an open error culture, you create an environment in which excellence and the joy of success go hand in hand.
  2. Strategy & implementation: You create clear growth plans for our key accounts (Focus: automotive & high-tech) and implement them together with the team.
  3. Expand customer relationships: Together with our account management, the technical departments and the sales management, you will design customised solutions for our customers – from the quotation phase to the final product.
  4. Performance tracking: You continuously analyse key sales figures, identify trends and provide new impetus for sustainable sales and market share.
  5. Brand strengthening: In close cooperation with our corporate functions and sales management, you will develop creative sales and marketing campaigns and present us at trade fairs and events. You will play a key role in positioning Neways as a top provider in the automotive sector and developing the brand sustainably.

This is what you bring to the team

  1. Qualification: Degree in business, sales or technology – or a comparable qualification.
  2. Experience: Several years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the automotive or electronics industry, including initial management experience.
  3. Soft skills: Strong communication skills, confident demeanour and strong team spirit, combined with empathy and resilience to remain capable of acting even under stress and uncertainty in the demanding automotive market.
  4. Passion: Affinity for technical innovations and a keen sense for market trends, especially in the automotive sector.
  5. Working method: Goal-orientated, structured and with high quality standards.
  6. Languages: Fluent German and very good English skills.
