The Senior Product Security Engineer will be working with our client Tradebyte, the leading integrator for brands and marketplaces, driving success in e-commerce.

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and competent Senior Product Security Engineer to join our security and infrastructure team.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the support and further development of our security infrastructure (SIEM, IDS/IPS, Vulnerability Management, AWS WAF, etc.)
- You are responsible for the assessment and processing of security incidents.
- You are responsible for consulting on security-related issues in the context of product development.
- You will plan and implement engineering awareness measures.
- You will act as a coordinator for security incidents and support the Incident Response Team in investigations.
Requirements
- You have gained professional experience of 3 – 5 years in similar roles.
- You have knowledge of threats that need to be addressed in web applications.
- You have strong skills in pen-testing.
- You have experience with common technologies for protecting web applications (WAF, SIEM, IDS/IPS, DDoS, etc.).
- You have DevOps experience and are familiar with technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and Git.
- You are experienced in using cloud infrastructures (e.g., AWS).
- You describe yourself as assertive, focused, conscientious, and process-oriented.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
