Our client is looking for a HR Manager to help support their internal teams in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). In this role, it will be on a hybrid basis and will be in the office for three days per week and will be based in Frankfurt. You must speak German and English fluently to be considered for this position.
The role
- Localise and implement People & Culture strategies for the DACH region.
- Be the first point of contact for HR support, ensuring compliance with local laws.
- Manage employee relations, provide guidance on HR policies, and handle sensitive situations.
- Drive engagement initiatives and support employee events.
- Oversee talent management processes like onboarding, performance reviews, and promotions.
- Help develop managers through coaching and mentoring.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in HR, particularly within a large organisation.
- Strong knowledge of German employment law and HR best practices.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a busy environment.
