The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. This includes ESS (Energy Storage System) & non-automotive applications. The ESS organization takes care of the upstream storage value chain. Our responsibility includes research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of ESS components & storages.
How You Will CELLebrate
- Planning, coordinating and executing projects in our ESS Technology and Operations team
- Defining project goals, scope, and requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitoring and reporting of project progress
- Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Defining and implementing project management standards
What You Need For Our CELLebration
- Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree in business administration, engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong project management knowledge and the use of project management tools
- Excellent communication and technical leadership skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
