As they continue to grow, they are looking for a talented Workday Consultant with expertise in Talent & Recruiting to join their dynamic team.
Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant with a focus on Talent & Recruiting modules to help our clients maximize the potential of their Workday platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, leveraging your expertise to implement and support Workday solutions. The position is remote, offering flexibility, and we require fluency in both English and German.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a Workday Consultant, specializing in Talent and Recruiting modules.
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday Talent & Recruiting solutions for clients.
- Work closely with clients to gather and analyze requirements, providing tailored recommendations and solutions.
- Provide functional expertise on Workday Talent & Recruiting features, including but not limited to recruiting workflows, job requisition management, candidate management, and reporting.
- Assist in system integration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide continuous improvement and support for Workday solutions.
- Deliver training and workshops to clients, ensuring they are equipped to use Workday effectively.
- Maintain strong client relationships by offering post-implementation support and enhancements.
- Contribute to the development of best practices, templates, and knowledge-sharing across the team.
Key Requirements :
- Proven experience working with the Workday Talent & Recruiting modules (configuration, implementation, and support).
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential, as the role will involve working with German-speaking clients.
- Solid understanding of HR business processes, particularly within recruitment and talent management.
- Previous experience working with Workday AMS Partners or consulting firms is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project delivery.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global remote team.
- Workday certifications (Talent & Recruiting) are a plus, but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client workshops or meetings (if required).
