Digital Customer Experience – Content Strategy & Technology Consulting
Our practice operates at the forefront of omnichannel transformation, from data optimization and analytics to AI-led orchestration and automation via enterprise technologies. Our team works at the intersection of marketing and technology, fostering continuous innovation that benefits professional growth and client organizations. Responsibilities include:
- Developing standards, systems, and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, retrieval, and repurposing across the content supply chain.
- Using AI, technology, and automation to optimize content effectiveness for pharma sales and marketing channels.
- Mapping and evolving content strategies aligned with business goals.
What You\’ll Do:
- Assess digital maturity through stakeholder interviews, discovery, and benchmarking.
- Evaluate content strategy and operations maturity, advising on process and technology improvements.
- Analyze performance data from marketing tactics and channels to generate insights and recommendations.
- Establish tagging standards for digital assets.
- Lead project delivery, including client engagement, quality control, team management, and timelines/budget adherence.
- Coordinate collaboration among client teams, offshore teams, and agencies.
- Identify and recommend innovations in content strategies, processes, and platforms.
- Support leadership in defining how ZS leverages technology and AI solutions, including implications for people, processes, and platforms.
- Translate vision into project proposals detailing solutions, approaches, timelines, and pricing.
What You\’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of consulting experience in technology and content operations, particularly in pharma.
- Experience with content creation, co-creation, and materials clearance in the pharma industry.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, SFMC, Veeva, Opentext, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, Workfront, Veeva Promomats).
- Experience working with brand guidelines, content calendars, and leading Agile content teams.
- Knowledge of digital tactics like Search, Banners, Social, IVA, CLM.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
Additional Skills:
- Preference for candidates with an MBA.
- Strong relationship-building skills across functions.
- Excellent communication, organization, analytical, planning, and leadership skills.
- Can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
