Our Value Chain Strategy & Business Model Innovation practice helps clients create high-performance value chains. We use proven concepts and solutions to review competitive positions and create new business value. Our approach focuses not only on the efficiency of existing processes, but also on the contemporary alignment and structure of value chains. We analyze market and customer requirements, identify areas for optimization, cost reduction, efficiency improvement and business model innovation, and develop innovative concepts to ensure an integrated transformation of the value chain.

Make a difference.

You will be responsible for and lead the implementation of complex strategy and optimization programs in the area of value chain management for our national and international clients.

You will be responsible for developing forward-looking concepts, strategies and implementation plans along the entire value chain as well as leading the consulting teams.

You will be actively involved in the analysis, evaluation and optimization of process flows and organizational structures along the value chain, e.g. as part of SC assessments, business process design workshops or value chain transformation.

You will support the digital transformation of our clients and implement this together with an international and interdisciplinary team.

You will successfully convince and support major strategic clients.

By developing and positioning innovative service offerings for our clients, you will make a significant contribution to the further development and expansion of the business area.

Bring your experience.

You have at least five years of experience in a recognized management consultancy and have accompanied complex consulting and implementation projects along the value chain, ideally with initial project management responsibility.

You have extensive project experience including consulting and implementation of concepts in at least one of the following areas: Supply Chain Strategy, Supply Chain Performance Management, Supply Chain Organization, Supply Chain Segmentation and/or comparable topics.

Ideally, you have industry and project experience in the process and/or consumer goods industry.

You are enthusiastic about developing innovative solutions in small, interdisciplinary teams.

Your high level of customer orientation is complemented by strong sales and business development experience.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills in German and English.
