As a Senior Product Manager at ImmobilienScout, you will take ownership of the AI product development roadmap at Scout24. You will play a key role in developing new AI-powered features across the entire ImmobilienScout product portfolio, delivering impactful AI-driven experiences for both consumers (B2C) and customers (B2B) alike. This position requires technical expertise in addition to strong program management and stakeholder management skills. You will collaborate with business owners to define, structure, and ultimately co-create AI solutions that lead to „step change“ impacts across today’s products offering.

How your role will look like:

1. Run a dedicated team and product roadmap for the AI chat platform – software engineers, data scientists, and ML experts.
2. Own and lead all product management aspects of the Scout AI Chat Platform, owning the experience for both consumers (B2C) and customers (B2B).
3. Work with product development teams to ideate, define, and deliver new AI-powered features across the ImmobilienScout product portfolio.
4. Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to understand their needs, prioritize features, and deliver impactful AI solutions that address key challenges or create new opportunities.
5. Define roadmaps for AI initiatives that create business impact and improve user experiences.
6. Balance long-term planning with hands-on execution, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.
7. Track and analyze the performance of AI-driven features to ensure they achieve desired outcomes, such as increased customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, or revenue growth.

What you need to succeed:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline). Advanced degrees are a plus.
2. This is a fixed-term 12-month position – available to start from today.
3. 5+ years of experience in product management or program management within large digital businesses.
4. Experience in delivering AI-powered products or features.
5. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, tools, and frameworks advantageous.
6. Understanding of APIs, data structures, and integration processes is a strong plus.
7. Strong product management skills, including roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
8. Excellent program management skills, with the ability to lead complex projects in cross-functional environments.
9. „Make it happen“ mindset, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty when necessary.
10. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams toward common goals.
11. Experience working with data scientists, developers, and designers to deliver AI-driven solutions.
