Based in Partners Group\’s office in Munich, Singapore, or London, the role has been designed to support the post-go-live product ownership of a new Client Relationship Management software to fit the firm\’s growth aspirations and growing complexity. The position will serve as an interface between the business applications team and the broader business teams in the Client Solutions department.

You will work closely with the client relationship management team as well as the business development team, mandated to lead subsequent phases of a multi-year project aimed to improve and extend functionalities of the new CRM. This involves liaising between all stakeholders and communicating across all ranks within the department. During the project, you will sign-off on requirements in your area of responsibility and you will be involved in the UAT testing of relevant areas of the CRM. The role requires someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial approach. The role will be part of a Client Solutions Services team.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial industry or a project management role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business and technical functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Natural team player with excellent interpersonal skills to engage senior professionals and liaise with global teams. Project management skills, the ability to work under tight deadlines and set appropriate priorities while maintaining a high standard is essential.
  • Extreme attention to detail and the ability to manage communication between multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving goals in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Conflict resolution and change management skills are required.
  • Experience with Client Relationship Management software (e.g., Siebel, Sales Force, Deal Cloud) is essential.
