What you can expect from us
- You will learn how to design and implement complex IT technology systems, integrate software components, install and configure networked IT systems, and maintain and commission them
- You will provide 1st level support and later 2nd level support
- Processing tickets in ServiceNow is also one of your tasks
- You answer the hotline
- You are responsible for user onboarding and offboarding
- You provide support with questions about servers, virtualisation or automation
- Project work for the further development of IT systems
What sets you apart
- You have a good school leaving certificate (secondary school leaving certificate, (technical) high school diploma or equivalent), especially in the STEM subjects (mathematics, computer science, natural sciences and technology) by the start of the apprenticeship
- Ideally, you have already had some contact with IT
- You enjoy working with people and like to communicate
- You enjoy working with common MS Office applications and general IT topics
- Reliability, initiative and an interest in implementing new ideas and advancing our IT landscape
- Very good German language skills (level C1) round off your profile
