Tasks

• Support the financial goals of the café and promote guest growth
• Build and lead a strong team through coaching and collaboration
• Ensure that products, service and guest satisfaction are always top notch
• Promote development through clear goals, training and career opportunities

Requirements

• You are reliable, professional and a real team player
• You have a very good command of English; German is an advantage
• Training in Human Resource Management, Business or Culinary preferred
• Previous experience in the catering or hotel industry is an advantage (for example as Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Shift Supervisor, Team Leader, Operations Manager, Front of House Manager, Banquet Manager, Hospitality Supervisor, Food and Beverage Manager, Duty Manager or similar)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary from 45,000-49,000 EUR gross / year (overpayment possible depending on qualifications)
