Your mission
Store-Level Performance Management
- Analyze store-level sell-out data, stock levels, and budget allocation to provide actionable recommendations to marketing and field teams.
- Collaborate with the field team to ensure strategic and sales-driven activities rather than focusing solely on visual merchandising.
- Drive efficiency in store budgets by prioritizing impactful sales activities.
Negotiation & Relationship Management
- Lead tough negotiations with store managers to optimize investments and drive sales-focused initiatives.
- Serve as the escalation point for Regional Account Managers to support challenging negotiations and ensure strategic alignment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key MSD store managers to foster long-term collaboration and trust.
- Support in negotiating and overseeing local store events to enhance customer engagement and sales performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a crucial link between field operations and marketing, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment of store-level strategies.
- Work closely with Regional Account Manager to maintain a balance between fostering store relationships and driving performance.
- Ensure proper allocation of regional budgets and resource utilization to align with business goals.
Reporting & Insights
- Provide detailed reports on store performance, budget utilization, and strategic recommendations to the marketing and field teams.
- Identify sales trends and opportunities using data insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize store-level actions.
- Proactively address business inquiries related to assigned retailers and provide data-driven solutions.
Your profile
Retail & Field Experience:
- You bring a strong background in consumer electronics (CE) brands, paired with hands-on experience in stores or managing field teams.
- A proven track record of working with MediaMarkt Saturn (MSD & MSB) stores, ideally combined with an established network of store managers, sets you apart.
Strategic & Analytical Skills:
- Assessing store-level performance, evaluating budget impacts, and measuring ROI are areas where you excel.
- With your ability to translate data into actionable store strategies, you ensure meaningful improvements and results.
Negotiation & Communication Skills:
- Complex store-level negotiations are handled with confidence, enabling you to make smart investment decisions.
- Your clear communication skills allow you to navigate challenging conversations both internally and externally.
- Fluency in German and English ensures that you connect effectively with diverse stakeholders.
