Procurement Working Student (f/m/x)

Hey there, procurement enthusiast!

We’re looking for a motivated working student (f/m/x) who’s passionate about crafting and implementing forward-thinking procurement plans.

In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate closely with teams from Food R&D, Quality, Logistics, Marketing, and Sales to optimize inventory levels, control costs, and ensure seamless supply continuity. This is a vital position that will have a significant impact on every area of our business here at Formo.

Aufgaben

• Manage ingredient preparation and deliveries while ensuring a smooth inventory flow through stock monitoring and logistics coordination
• Support in creating and managing purchase orders, resolve invoice discrepancies, and ensure timely supplier payments
• Keep procurement records accurate and compliant, and preparing reports as needed
• Assist in implementing ERP system while maintaining seamless operations with current tools

Qualifikation

• First exposure to procurement or purchasing within the FMCG industry
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), with ERP integration experience being a strong plus
• Proactive, adaptable team player with strong communication skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while taking ownership of results
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite (Excel, Google Sheets), with strong analytical skills
• Fluent in English and German, additional EU languages are a bonus
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet suppliers and strengthen relationships
