Your Role – meaningful & rewarding
- Monitor and examine the use of knowledge by users and agents in E.ON’s operational IT support to identify patterns, knowledge gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct monthly sampling to evaluate IT support quality, by analysing E.ON’s operational service partner agent and process activities, against key performance indicators.
- Discuss quality levels and outcomes with service partners, and work with them to develop initiatives to improve quality measures.
- Work closely with product and service owners to promote knowledge creation and sharing, incorporating their input for IT support and knowledge management.
- Support the development, quality assurance, and enhancement of knowledge article content and resources.
- Increase the utilisation of artificial intelligence, search engines, and other technologies to consistently enhance the user experience.
Your Profile – authentic & open-minded
- Completed studies in business administration or a comparable qualification.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers.
- Several years of professional working experience in relevant positions.
- Strong project management skills.
- Mid-level understanding of modern digital technology.
- Experience in working in international, cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in German and English.
- High willingness to travel regularly in Europe.
