ServiceNow Architect (German-Speaking)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Lead the architecture and development of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM, and CSM.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and clients.
- Conduct technical workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Ensure alignment of ServiceNow architecture with enterprise IT strategies.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture designs and best practices.
- Oversee ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems (e.g., SAP, Jira, LDAP).
- Optimize and automate workflows and processes using ServiceNow capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements in ServiceNow implementations.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution proposals and client presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and custom development.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using APIs, REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
