We are looking for a passionate new team member to join us as a Sales Marketing Manager (d/f/m) .
About the Team
Our cross-functional Retail Media Team is focused on delivering innovative advertising solutions for the German market. With ambitious growth targets in 2025 and beyond, we’re expanding our efforts in sales marketing, event management, and strategic project coordination.
You’ll also oversee event management and cross-functional project execution. Together with marketing agencies, you’ll prepare marketing materials for different events and client-related appointments.
This is a hybrid role, and our office is based in Berlin. You will report to the Head of Retail Media, Advertising.
Your Role
- Agency and Content Management
- Be a primary contact for external creative agencies, overseeing the development of sales materials, presentations, and other marketing assets.
- Consolidate and maintain up-to-date content, USPs, insights, and data to be used in marketing materials and presentations.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Account management teams to align content with client needs and market trends.
- Event Management
- Plan and coordinate Kleinanzeigen’s participation in trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.
- Organize internal and external client events, including hosting agency gatherings and client-specific engagements to strengthen relationships.
- Project Management
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g., Brand Marketing, CRM, Onsite Marketing, Performance Marketing) to scope and prioritize marketing initiatives.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Strategic Coordination
- Maintain a central repository of key insights, client needs, and advertising trends to inform marketing efforts.
- Ensure all materials reflect the latest messaging, positioning, and data-driven insights.
- Stay informed about industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Who You Are
- 4-6+ years Experience in marketing, sales support, agency management, or event coordination.
- Experienced in managing external partners, developing clear briefs, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Familiarity with consolidating and managing key messaging, USPs, and insights for consistent communication.
- Experience in planning and executing professional events and conferences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and coordinate across diverse teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with a focus on collaboration and alignment.
- A meticulous approach to reviewing materials and ensuring quality and consistency.
