Coordinator (m/f/d) Customer Motorsport Events / Quereinsteiger

We are looking for a Coordinator (m/f/d) for Customer Motorsport to support with projects based at selected race tracks in Germany, with daily tasks based out of our Cologne headquarters.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with global teams to plan and execute driving events
• Coordinate logistics, schedules, and resources for successful events
• Regular communication and coordination with internal and external customers, suppliers, and partners in Japan and worldwide, including the coordination of special measures in cooperation with customers and suppliers in bottleneck situations
• Travel to events as needed (a valid driving license is mandatory)
• Create invoices including the system-side completion of orders in SAP

Your Profile:

• Background in event management or project management, ideally within the motorsport industry
• Completed studies in business administration and/or Japanese language/culture
• Strong Japanese language skills (JLPT 2) and very good knowledge of English and German
• Ideally experienced in dealing with Japanese culture
• Willingness to travel on selected event days
• Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills
• Results-driven mindset and strong communication skills
• Desire to work in the customer motorsport environment
