The Role
Key Responsibilities
Catalog Management:
- Coordinate the creation and update of product catalogs on a quarterly basis for multiple markets, including Domestic and International markets, Wholesale, and Amazon.
- Ensure that all product information is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with current inventory, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Manage product listings, images, and descriptions, ensuring consistency across all catalog formats and sales channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, merchandising, marketing, and sales teams to gather necessary product data and ensure that the catalogs reflect the latest product offerings, features, and market strategies.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure catalogs are visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with company guidelines.
Design & Formatting:
- Provide feedback on design layouts and catalog structure to ensure a cohesive and professional presentation of products.
- Format catalogs and prepare them for print and digital distribution, ensuring a seamless handoff to designers and printers, as needed.
- Assist in creating supplemental materials, such as product fact sheets, digital assets, and promotional materials, as needed.
Project Coordination:
- Develop and maintain a project timeline for each catalog release, ensuring all deadlines are met for content updates, design, and approvals.
- Monitor and track the progress of catalog creation, managing any changes or updates to the schedule as needed.
Quality Assurance:
- Proofread and review catalogs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before publication.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the catalog content or design elements, ensuring high-quality output across all formats.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in an ecommerce company, project management, or related roles.
- Experience with multi-channel marketing and/or wholesale catalog production is a plus.
- Graphic design skills or proficiency with design software (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) is highly desirable but not required.
- Strong understanding of catalog formatting, print production, and digital distribution.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, wholesale processes, and sales channel strategies.
- Experience working with graphic design teams and understanding basic design principles.
