Scrum Master

Job Responsibilities

1. Several years of experience as a serum master, ideally in agile large projects or scaled frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS).
2. Sound knowledge of agile methods and practices, including coaching skills.
3. Experience working with agile metrics, KPs and tools like Jira.
4. Strong communication skills, moderation skills, and assertiveness.
5. Ability to promote teams in their self-organization and proactively remove obstacles.
6. Establish and monitor agile practices in tribes and squads. Ensure adherence to serum processes and maintain tools such as Jira.
7. Promote team self-organization through training and guidance on topics such as user stories, backlog management, and agile mindset.
8. Planning and moderation of scrum events.
9. Measure team progress, build KPs, and analyze agile metrics for continuous optimization. Monitor team velocity to improve sprint planning.
10. Identification and removal of obstacles.
11. On- and offboarding: organization and support of new team members.
12. Working in agile teams.
13. Good team skills.
