For our customer located in Basel/Switzerland, we are currently looking for a Change Management Lead – Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) (m/f/d).
The expectation is for the Change Management Lead to scale up the change management efforts, driving engagement through structured material, targeted communications via various channels, presentations, and events such as stakeholder engagement forums, RBQM Website design and launch, and drop-in sessions. He will also lead and sustain the Community of Practice , ensuring that Change Agents remain engaged and active while continuously collecting and leveraging feedback from end-users to adapt the change strategy. Finally, this role will support the RBQM Hypercare conduct and readout for RBQM early adopters’ trials.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Designing and executing the Change Management strategy.
- Managing stakeholder engagement and the RBAM Community of Practice.
- Ensuring cross-functional alignment with the Central Monitoring GCO project team to drive End-to-End RBQM Change Management.
- Project managing RBQM wave 2 (RBQM Program level, Outsourced trials), ensuring alignment and delivery of cross-functional components.
- Drive Hypercare conduct and readout for RBQM early adopter trials.
Must Haves
- Strong knowledge of Novartis’s GCO and other Development organizational structure, products, culture, and processes, with a focus on understanding end-user needs across various functions.
- Existing good network within Novartis GCO and other Development line functions (e.g. CD).
- Previous experience in leading change or similar project initiatives at Novartis, leveraging lessons learned.
- Proven ability to navigate the complexities of cross-functional senior stakeholders and deliverables.
- Strong project management skills, including experience in leading cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging content and adapt messaging for various audiences.
- Expertise in addressing challenges proactively and offering innovative, data-driven solutions.
- Ability to translate strategies into activities and goals and lead the implementation/delivery of these.
- Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, ICH standards, etc.
