Your new challenge at our site in Dortmund:
Product Line Lifecycle Management:
- Collaborate with Operation to improve the product productivity plan
- Develop product line strategy (including Strategic Plan) and roadmap
- Managing product lifecycle: product and service innovation, simplification and phase-outs
- Initiating needed product line capacity expansions with team members, encompassing line enhancements reflecting market/consumer demands as well as operational financial needs
- Driving and directing product development H1 and H2 from concept to product approval and market acceptance with Expert Center.
- Providing market positioning and pricing to Sales
- Contributing to product-manufacturing strategies, including investment plan
Product Line Performance Management:
- Optimizing product line profitability by designing and driving marketing tactics
- Supporting Sales team on main RFQs for stock/custom
- Analyzing sales and profitability, developing and driving execution of plans to improve, and providing inputs for the Budget exercises
- Preparing value pricing and propositions; coordinating pricing policies and guidelines, including price lists
- Conducting product competitive benchmarking, monitoring competitor actions
- Contributing to the sales training
Your Profile:
- Bachelorâs Degree in Marketing, Economy or Business Management
- Experience in Customer Support, Marketing, Product Management or Sales
- Focus on Customers and proven success with marketing processes
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a large, complex and evolving organization
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and creative problem solving
- Ability to think strategically and strong project management skills
- Strong multi-cultural team leadership skills, operating effectively with people at all levels and across all functions of the organization
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, high proficiency in English
- Ability to travel up to 20%
