Senior Consultant M&A / Tech (w/m/d)

We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant with a background working for larger IT consulting companies.

Location: Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Stuttgart – most of the big cities would be possible as a location.

Language: German at least C1 level, English at least C1 level.

Consulting Background Required:

1. Must have: Technical expertise (at least one of the following)

• IT Infrastructure Expertise (keywords: IaaS/XaaS, virtualization, SDWAN, VLAN, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
• Business Application Expertise or ERP Expertise (keywords: SAP HANA, SAP ECC, Salesforce.com, Application Architecture, IT Business Partner, SOA (service-oriented architecture))
• Software Technology (keywords: DevOps, CI, CD, UX/UI design, mobile app development, Microservices, Multi-Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Software Audit)

• Coordinating role in infrastructure or application projects
• Ideally experience and certification in project management standards, e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA
• Ideally experience and certification with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or other agile frameworks

Other Skills:

• Digital minded/tech-savvy with analytics & data visualization experience
• General business affinity/finance knowledge

Academic Background:

• Preferred IT related studies
• Alternatively engineering or economics with IT elements, as long as IT focus is clear from CV
