Discover your exciting roleThe focus of this position is the planning and implementation of challenging projects for pharmaceutical production facilities and laboratory buildings. You are the direct contact person on site for all topics concerning ventilation technology, media technology and clean room technology. You are the interface between our customers, subcontractors and internal project participants.Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesConceptual design and planning of supply systems for heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary facilities as well as clean room technologyTechnical leadership of a TGA planning team within the scope of project executionResponsibility for leading and coordinating external planning partnersTechnical equipment of buildings under consideration of innovative technologies, process design and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical and biotech industryDetermination of costs, execution of price comparisonsPreparation of functional descriptions or specifications of servicesConducting award negotiations with suppliers and executing companiesPlanning and coordination of the interface to the process/construction/electrical engineering and building automation tradesShow your expertiseCompleted studies in the field of building services engineering, power engineering or supply engineering (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) or training as a technician with a focus on TGA / ventilation technology and several years of professional experience.Several years of professional experience with TGA and clean room technology systems ideally in a pharmaceutical environment or biotechnological or chemical plant constructionVery good knowledge in the design of HVAC systems with focus on ventilation and air conditioning technologyVery good knowledge of German and EnglishProfessional and confident handling of MS-Office applicationsExperience in the use of common CAD applicationsSense of responsibility, ability to work in a team and own initiativeFlexibility and willingness to travelWhat we offer you
