Compliance Officer KYC (contract, immediate start)

FlexAgility is excited to collaborate with a prestigious Zurich-based bank to recruit Compliance Officers for a temporary project . This opportunity offers an immediate start , a minimum duration of 3 months , and the potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform high-risk account reviews and conduct PEP screenings.
2. Ensure compliance with KYC standards during account openings.
3. Monitor transactions to identify and mitigate potential risks.
4. Support the refinement of compliance processes and reporting to senior management.
5. Address compliance-related queries and assist in enhancing operational efficiency.

Ideal Profile:

Experience: 2–5 years in a compliance role within Switzerland, with a strong focus on KYC, AML, and high-risk reviews.

Skills: Exceptional analytical and organizational abilities; Proficiency in both German and English at a professional business level is essential.

Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environments.
