As a 2nd Level Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our users‘ satisfaction by providing top-notch technical support.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Be the go-to person for all technical inquiries and issues, providing creative solutions that leave our users smiling.
  • Manage and resolve tickets efficiently, ensuring a seamless IT experience for our users.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
  • Take charge of hardware / software installation, network configuration, and actively participate in IT projects (rollouts, migrations, hands & eyes support).
  • Analyze and document system and application errors, contributing to continuous improvement.

Your Skills :

  • Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or at least 2 years of experience in IT support.
  • Proven experience with IT support and ticketing systems.
  • Solid software and hardware knowledge in Second Level Support, particularly within the Microsoft environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in fluent German and good English language proficiency for daily use.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
