  2. Processing customer inquiries via phone and ticket system
  3. Documentation of processing
  4. Create and revise Knowledge Base articles

Qualifications:

  1. Proficient in ITC
  2. Proficient in Office
  3. Fluent in written and spoken language
  4. Able to grasp contexts
  5. Responsible and diligent work ethic
  6. For suitable qualifications, also individual projects beyond support.
