Responsibilities

  1. Provide post-sales support for electric vehicle battery and charging test solutions.
  2. Use in-depth technical or scientific knowledge and solution expertise to resolve solution support escalations.
  3. Interact directly with customers or provide deep support internally to Service Engineers, Solution Engineers, or customer call center personnel.
  4. Ensure support plans, repair levels, and production support plans are developed and implemented for new electric vehicle test solutions.
  5. Provide technical product and measurement consulting on presales opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with marketing, sales, technical support, quality assurance, manufacturing, and product development to ensure solutions meet necessary features, cost parameters, supportability goals, reliability targets, and release schedules.
  7. Write product/process user documentation.
  8. Develop and deliver technical training to the Keysight technical support teams, including field service and remote service engineers, and solutions engineers.

Qualifications

  1. Case/escalation management
  2. Cross-functional collaboration
  3. Effective communications with multiple organizations and management levels
  4. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or University degree or equivalent plus directly relevant experience as a manager, supervisor, and/or individual contributor.
  5. English and German language proficiency preferred.

Additional Information

25% travel required.
