The Role

You will be responsible for:

1. Providing support to Content Creators/Influencers across Social Media on Subscription Management, Account Management, Technical Troubleshooting, and use of Marketing tools.
2. Performing outbound phone calls to ensure that customers understand the information being conveyed to them.
3. Providing product and tool support to improve clients’ experience.
4. Identifying trends and solving problems facing multiple SMB clients.

Ideal Profile

1. Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and good in English .
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a team spirit.
3. Experience in Customer Support.
4. Experience with Social Media will be a plus.
5. High School Diploma.
6. EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card.
