What You\’ll Do at Lohnwerk

• Oversee our on-premise infrastructure ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
• Track system performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for infrastructure and deployment challenges.

Must-Have Qualifications

• You bring at least 5 years in a DevOps or similar role with a strong focus on managing on-premise infrastructure.
• You are proficient in Ansible and infrastructure as code.
• Deep understanding of networking, system architecture, and security best practices.
• Proficiency in Bash, Python, or equivalent languages.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written). German language skills are a plus.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with hardware server maintenance.
• Experience with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
