Are you ready to be the strategic head behind the international expansion strategy at limehome? We are looking for a (Senior) Expansion Strategy Manager!**

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

• As part of the business development team, you will contribute directly and substantially to the sustainable rocket-engine growth of limehome.
• You will spearhead our International Expansion Strategy, including, but not limited to, identifying high-potential growth markets and devising the optimal market entry strategies.
• You will be responsible for coordinating and aligning relevant internal teams (BI, Digital Product, Legal, Ops) to enable smooth and rapid international growth.
• You will take Portfolio Analysis at limehome to the next level, establishing yourself as sparring partner for our Forecasting, Pricing, & Operations teams as well as Country GMs.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• Successfully completed university degree with focus in Finance / Real Estate or equivalent qualification.
• 3-5 years of professional experience (including internships) in a fast-paced environment (start-up etc.).
• You have already proven your experience in investment analysis, financial modelling and the use of data visualization tools (dashboards, Power BI, Tableau).
• Your proactive mindset, structuring and analytical skills, coupled with entrepreneurial thinking stands out from the crowd.
• You also communicate easily English.
