Your tasks:

• You support our production and logistics areas on site in the implementation of various types of lean management measures.
• You look forward to analyzing our existing processes and implementing your ideas independently. You will also enjoy the holistic planning of new areas.
• You will be supervised by the Lean Management department and work directly with our production and logistics employees after an induction period.
• With us, you will get to know the processes and procedures of an internationally active company and gain experience and knowledge that you can also actively apply in independent tasks.

  Your qualifications and skills:
• You are studying industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production technology, or are enrolled in economics and are also interested in technology.
• You are interested in lean management and have acquired initial knowledge during your studies or other practical activities.
• You have a confident handling of MS-Office and ideally have first experiences with ERP or MES systems.
• Motivation, the ability to work in a team, an understanding of processes and an open and communicative manner characterize you.
