We are seeking a Group Accountant to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Group consolidation (monthly closing/ annual financial statements)
- Preparation of consolidated financial statements (Notes)
- Close cooperation with local companies on accounting issues and processes
- Collaboration with auditors in the course of consolidated financial statements and local audits
- Ongoing updating & ensuring compliance with Group accounting guidelines & policies
- Collaboration in the Group-wide standardization of accounting processes
- Preparation of ad-hoc reports and reports
Educational and professional background:
- Min. 7 years of relevant professional experience in Accounting, preferably in manufacturing industry, ideally in an international Headquarter
- Commercial background (FH, Uni) with focus on Accounting
- Experience in Consolidation & Accounting, preferably from an auditing background
- Very good knowledge of accounting in accordance with IFRS
- Excellent written and spoken English and German
- Tagetik experience favorable
