Your New Role
The Manager, Faculty & Division Finance, a key leadership role, partners with University Executives and Academic Leaders to deliver high-quality financial advisory services, supporting business planning, budget preparation, performance monitoring, and project accounting. This role fosters a culture of innovation, service, and collaboration, ensuring alignment with University strategy and driving continuous improvement towards best practices.
What You\’ll Need to Succeed
- Strong leadership skills and demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of senior professional staff.
- In-depth knowledge of financial and management accounting practices and processes.
- Extensive experience in delivering high-quality financial and management accounting services.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with and influence key stakeholders in a large, complex organisation.
- Strong commitment to a customer service culture and financial decision-making through business partnering.
- Capability to handle sensitive matters at a senior level.
- Expertise in researching and preparing comprehensive reports and analyses.
- Exceptional planning and coordination skills in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to maintain productive working relationships across various levels.
- Advocacy and commitment towards organisational values.
- CPA or CA qualification and/or extensive relevant experience.
