TEACHER (ENGLISH NATIVE SPEAKER) YOUR ALEA SCHOOL SCHEDULE: • Help shape the ALEA SCHOOL right from the start: Shape the pedagogical profile of our new school as part of our founding college • Formable structures: Get started in the 2025/2026 school year with the first two ALEA classes – and also help shape the school as an organization • Bring the classroom, college and herb bed to life: Provide impetus for the overall development of the ALEA SCHOOL YOUR PROFILE: • You have a degree in teaching including a completed traineeship (1st and 2nd state exams or Master of Education) as a secondary school teacher or career changer qualifications (Diplom/Magister/Master/1st state exam) • High professional and methodological competence • Pioneering spirit, communication talent, initiative and out-of-the-box thinking as well as your eye for the big picture are your strengths. • Ideally, you have experience with the IB curriculum or experience with bilingual teaching • We are looking for teachers to shape the ALEA SCHOOL with us, especially in the subjects Art, Ethics, Performing Arts, and Physical Education. ALEA SCHOOL combines the German curriculum with that of the internationally recognized IB (International Baccalaureate) educational standard. The bilingual elementary school with entry level allows children to start school at the age of five. The bilingual G9 grammar school can be completed with both the German Abitur and the IB Diploma as an internationally recognized university qualification.
