You’ll be tasked with optimizing operational processes and solving any challenges in the supply chain, product fulfillment, or customer experience that could hinder scaling.

You’ll oversee the foundation of growth — from an optimized supply chain to an exceptional customer experience and an agile team. Your responsibilities will include:\\nSupply Chain Management: Plan and forecast demand, manage purchase orders and timelines with manufacturers and ensure efficiency across the supply chain.\\nOversee operations with third-party logistics providers, monitor customer shipments, and identify areas for improvement.\\nSupervise the import of goods to local warehouses or FBA and evaluate opportunities to enhance product quality.\\nCustomer Experience: Lead initiatives to hire additional customer service team members, implement new support strategies (e.g., chat and phone channels), and enhance satisfaction and efficiency.\\nDevelop customer support documentation, guidelines, and databases with the Head of Customer Service, ensuring consistency across the team.\\nMonitor key performance indicators (e.g., chargebacks, refunds, customer satisfaction, and response times) to identify and address areas for improvement.\\nTeam Leadership and Development: Identify and recruit top talent for operational roles (e.g., Agents, Supply Chain Managers, Video Editors, Graphic Designers) and ensure seamless onboarding to align new hires with company goals.\\nSet clear KPIs, oversee team performance, and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement and efficiency across all departments.\\nFoster a culture of growth through training, mentorship, and collaboration, ensuring the team is motivated, agile, and ready to scale operations effectively.\\nWebsite Management: Collaborate with the developer to implement visual sections, pages, and funnels, ensuring alignment with the finalized copy.\\nContinuously assess and identify opportunities to optimize funnels, focusing on areas for improvement to enhance conversion rates.\\nRegularly check and calculate KPI targets on a weekly and monthly basis to track progress and drive performance.\\nFinances: Review and validate monthly bookkeeping to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records.\\nMonitor and verify Triplewhale P&L for accuracy, ensuring proper alignment with financial goals.\\nMonitor sales tax thresholds to ensure compliance and timely reporting.\\nMarketplace & B2B: Manage import and compliance processes for Amazon, as well as oversee Amazon FBA supply chain, optimizing inventory management and fulfillment efficiency.\\nHandle Amazon listing creation and review management to maintain visibility and customer satisfaction.\\nEfficiently process and respond to B2B inquiries, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-up.\\nWHO YOU ARE Minimum of 2 years of experience working with eCommerce brands.\\nProven experience in operations roles with direct involvement in supply chain management, customer support optimization, and process improvement.\\nStrong holistic thinker with the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, and remote-first environment.\\nProactive, organized, and able to handle challenges with a hands-on approach.\\nComfortable with high-pressure environments, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring key operational goals are met.\\nAbility to work collaboratively with a young, dynamic team that values results.\\nWeekend availability when needed and willingness to contribute beyond standard working hours as part of a high-growth environment.\\nBasic marketing understanding is beneficial but not mandatory.\\nWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE In your first 30 days, you will work closely with the CEO to understand the ins and outs of the company and familiarize yourself with the tools and processes.\\nIn 60 days, you’ll be working side by side with the CEO, and begin to implement and execute initiatives with feedback provided.\\nAt 90 days, you’ll be fully established in the role and will have the opportunity to lead independently.\\nAre you ready to make a real difference and thrive in a role where no two days are the same?\\nApply now and become an integral part of the company’s success story!\\n\\n#J-18808-Ljbffr
