Your tasks

You will support the global Diversity & Values team in the design and implementation of internal and external communication campaigns. With your expertise, you will contribute to the graphic and structural design of internal and external communication materials and also develop innovative approaches to increase user-friendliness and user experience. Furthermore, you will support the conceptualisation of global, target group-specific communication platforms, which should contribute to an increased perception and acceptance of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging within the Group.

• Collaboration in the graphic and conceptual design of internal and external communication materials
• Supporting the management and implementation of internal communication campaigns on the topic of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging
• Collaboration in the development of an internal Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging marketing concept
• Project-orientated collaboration with the specialist colleagues, divisions and external partners
• Supporting the preparation of presentations and results for management

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or an active Master’s programme in the fields of communication design, media/communication sciences, business informatics or a comparable degree programme
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Suite (in particular Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator)
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Good MS Office skills (especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience in the design of web graphics, videos and print media
• Analytical strength and technological understanding in the field of UX and social media
• eliable team player, creativity, initiative and a precise and reliable way of working
