Financial Analyst

Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance department. The ideal candidate will support us in developing the Finance team towards a strong business partner for the entire organization.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Analyze financial data and key performance indicators to identify trends, highlight potential risks, and recommend actionable strategies.Prepare regular sales reports, including but not limited to sales forecasts, revenue projections, and market analysis.Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets, identifying areas of improvement and recommending corrective actions.Assist in the development and implementation of sales performance metrics and KPIs.RequirementsYou bring a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a closely related field.When it comes to data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar, you're in your element.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is one of your standout skills.If you already have a deep understanding of SaaS business models, that's a plus.You are communicative in German and English and excellent in seeing things through to work with a variety of international stakeholders.
