About the team:

The Strategic Compliance Projects & Services team is part of SAP Global Security & Compliance reporting into the Chief Technology Officer. We are running compliance projects involving different experts across SAP to implement new requirements for SAP.

We are looking for candidates (f/m/d) that want to support our unit and gain insights into the collaboration with various teams across all areas in SAP. Our team consists of experts mostly located in Walldorf with a big variety of experience level.

What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP P&O iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Project management support
Work Area: Corporate Operations
Location: Walldorf
Expected start date: Sept / Oct 01, 2024

In this role, you’ll:

• You will interact with our project leads and take over topics or even lead smaller project topics yourself within the team.
• You will run with us brainstorming session on future communication and support the team in preparation and visualization of these communication e.g. our internal web presence.
• You will research, develop, and finally present relevant topics to the team.
• You will learn to work with various people from Cross-Board areas together.
• You will earn a wider understanding of the different working areas at SAP as we are well connected and engaged with different board areas / units.

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Informatics, or any filed including business/economics.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point, Outlook, Teams, Video/Photo editor programs, app design skills are a plus)
• Language skills: fluent in German and English
• Communication skills, team player, service, and customer oriented and determined.
• Structured way of working, able to work independently on topics and good organizational skills

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate’s participation in the program.
