enervis is a leading Berlin-based consulting firm specializing in model-supported energy market consulting, guiding strategic investment decisions and shaping the discourse on energy policy. The Strategy & Policy team seeks a Working Student or Intern to gain hands-on experience in industry decarbonization, energy-economic policy analysis, and asset valuation.

Working field:
- Conduct thorough research on key energy industry and policy issues to support internal and client projects.
- Analyze data and market trends, supporting research work streams within our team’s projects and aiding decision-making.
- Support the creation of strategic reports and client presentations.
- Translate research findings into structured data and visually compelling slides.
- Engage in diverse projects spanning coal phase-out, industrial decarbonization, and market design challenges like capacity markets.
Requirements:
- Applicants should be in advanced stages of their studies (beyond 4 semesters) in any energy-related field (e.g. engineering, economics, business). Candidates from other disciplines with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Practical experience in the energy sector through internships or hands-on work, complemented by strong theoretical knowledge from academic studies,. is highly beneficial.
- Genuine passion for the energy transition.
- Demonstrated goal-oriented and self-motivated work approach.
- Preferred long-term commitment: 6+ months for working students with potential for future transition or 4 months for interns.
- Proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
