Staff Specialist Sourcing

<![CDATA[ The EWM sourcing team is seeking a potential candidate to join and provide the administrative support including preparing and distributing procurement documents.

In your new role you will:

• Provide administrative support to the sourcing team, including preparing and distributing procurement documents, such as surveys andcontracts, as well as preparing procurement reports, including spendanalysis, product classification, and procurement metrics.

• Gather market intelligence on key markets, suppliers, processes,technologies, and solutions to support tactical decision-making andstrategic development processes.

• Support cost management initiatives, including identifying andnegotiating potential cost reduction and improvement opportunities, andcollaborating with team members to develop and maintain methods toimprove.

• Ensure contract compliance and support other functional groups withsupplier issues or concerns.

• Maintain the procurement process, like IFX price platform data and SAP data accuracy and integrity.

• Interface with internal functional teams and external supply partnersto meet company strategic and operational objectives and requirements.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management,or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chainmanagement.

• General knowledge of supply chain including manufacturing processes,logistics and quality management

• Relevant expertise and understanding of the semiconductor products,market, particularities and the supply chain in Semiconductor field

• A solution-oriented mindset and abstract thinking

• The capability to outline and present complex issues in a simple mannerwhile not neglecting the essential details

• A strong multi-cultural and interpersonal skillset includingcross-functional teamwork

• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
