Specialist Project Co-ordinator

<![CDATA[ As a Project Coordinator you will play a vital role in supporting project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Assist in Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Resource Coordination: Ensure that project teams have the necessary resources by coordinating with internal departments and external vendors.
• Schedule Management: Organize and maintain project schedules, set deadlines, and monitor milestones to ensure timely progress.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Budget Tracking: Monitor project expenditures, assist in budget preparation, and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and work with the project manager to develop mitigation strategies.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in project coordination or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in project documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
