Senior Project Manager Project Management

<![CDATA[ Plan, organize, lead and control the project at Backend Development to successfully achieve all project targets in term of timeliness, quality and cost.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Plans, organizes, and controls the project/ sub-projects with moderate complexity (up to Project classification class C), risk, impact and reach.
  • Manages a diverse project team with sub-projects with a moderate span of GGs.
  • Manages and controls the entire project life-cycle and ensures hand-over to sustaining function.
  • Organizes the activities and resources needed for the project to ensure timely release of each milestone.
• Is fully responsible for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of all project targets (time, quality, cost and budget)
• Key communication interface (for project related matters), representing Back End to other Infineon Divisions (e.g. Business lines, Central Functions e.g. Finance, PTI, FE Fabs).
• Forms and leads the project team and assigns responsibilities within project to Project Managers of sub-projects and Project Members.
• Uses Infineon project management tools to structure projects, control progress and for reporting and documentation.
• Drives problem solving activities within the project using standard Ifx trouble shooting methodologies, eg 8D, 5 Whys.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics).
• Must have Project Management Professional Certification (IPMA level C).
• More than 7 years of relevant working experience with 4 years of leading projects.
• Has very good project management knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation.
• Sound knowledge in semiconductor engineering and operation.
• Excellent aptitude for collaboration, people management, negotiation and solution finding.
