Based in Donauwörth, you will work within our HR Development team, supporting the activities of Airbus Helicopters and in addition transversal projects in Germany. Our team is responsible for leading the HR marketing strategy and operations to strengthen the Airbus employer brand and the Group’s position as an employer of choice for the students and professionals we target.

This VIE mission will be available to start in October 2024 and will be for a period of 2 years. This position requires security clearance or requires eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities.

Definition VIE

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Your location

At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities

You will contribute to the following main activities:

• Social media communication and connecting with target populations.
• Organizing various activities such as school forums, conferences, live chat and site visits.
• Collaborative work with members of the HR community, as well as with internal and external interfaces of the group.
• Transversal projects such as, for example, to set up a network of ambassadors and alumni in relationship with our strategic partners.
• The development of attractiveness in terms of diversity & globalization.
• Accompany local HR marketing activities in cooperation with the HR network.
• Support campus engagement activities.

Desired skills and qualifications

• Educated to Bachelor degree level (or above) in Human Resources, Communication, Digital marketing or a related discipline.
• Results-oriented and well-organized, you enjoy analyzing items and developing strategies and action plans.
• You have international experience from your studies, internships or previous experience, which enable you to work with cross-functional teams from different professional backgrounds and cultures.
• You are creative and curious, you like to instill innovative ideas and new ways of working through digital solutions.
• Service and detail oriented, pro-activity, reliability.
• Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Business writing skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, good team player.
• Very good English skills, both orally and in writing, German skills are a plus
