We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to establish and manage a new team focused on Transaction Servicing. This team will specialize in Physical, Disclosure, and TA Management activities, playing a critical role in optimizing processes and fostering efficiency. What You Will Do
- Establish and lead a new team in the area of Transaction Servicing as well as the coordination and optimization of workflows within the team
- Responsible for overseeing activities related to Physical, Disclosure, and TA Management
- Foster and develop team members’ skills and expertise
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Support the disentanglement of tasks with low synergies to create capacity for project work
What You Bring
- Extensive experience in Transaction Servicing with proven knowledge of implementing digital tools in transaction processes
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development with strong organizational skills and a high level of initiative
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities with cross-departmental stakeholders
- Experience in process optimization and project management is an advantage
- Fluency in both English and German, with strong verbal and written skills in both languages
