Tasks
You will be responsible to solve a wide range of complex, cross-departmental HR challenges, in close cooperation with our social partners and internal stakeholders. You report directly to the Co-Heads of Labour Relations & HR Steering.
- Tackling a wide range of HR challenges as project lead or as project management officer (e.g. company credit card, mobility concept, CLA negotiations)
- Organisation/Administration and active participation in negotiations with our social partners of all personnel groups (e.g. for CLA negotiations as well as their implementation provisions)
- Ensuring and managing an ongoing dialogue with our social partners (e.g. regular meetings)
- Editing, further development and communication of our various labour regulations (CLA, employment conditions, policies, factsheets etc.) and ensuring their implementation with internal and external interfaces (e.g. payroll)
- Full responsibility for relationship to internal Staff Committee “PEKO” (e.g. evaluating and/or implementing suggestions)

Requirements
- University degree or similar
- Agile mind-set: Openness and fearlessness to independently and creatively solve a wide range of HR problems, in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
- High level of writing competence (knowledge in legal language is an asset), solid understanding of cost/financial dynamics (“no fear of numbers”)
- Strong presence and joy in negotiation situations, no fear of conflict
- Strong Project Management competencies, high level of conceptional thinking, attention to detail in implementation
- Very good spoken and written German and English skills
