To extend our growing team in the financial industry in Lugano (Switzerland), we are looking for a highly skilled Testing Automation Manager to lead and oversee our test automation strategy, frameworks, and processes. This role is critical in both designing the overall testing automation process and being highly hands-on in implementing automation solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Collaborate with a high-performing and forward-focused agile team and stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing activities based on project requirements.
• Define the Test Strategy and prepare detailed Test Plans to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Lead the development and execution of testing strategy with a strong focus on test automation using Tricentis TOSCA.
• Take a hands-on approach in developing, maintaining, and optimizing automated test scripts, ensuring high coverage and reliability.
• Manage and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure seamless integration of automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Test Manager with hands-on expertise in test automation.
• Strong knowledge of Test Automation methodology and tools, with a deep focus on Tricentis TOSCA for automation.
• Good understanding of additional testing tools such as Xray, Neoload, API testing, and ServiceNow.
• Proven experience in establishing quality assurance processes and automation frameworks.
• ISTQB Advanced Level Certification and Tricentis TOSCA Certification would be an advantage.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Italian.

Location Requirement:

• Please note that a fully remote work policy is not offered for this role.
• Candidates should be prepared to relocate to Canton Ticino/Switzerland.
• Work-from-home days may be possible according to the Client’s policy.
