What you will do

In this role, you will craft compelling product narratives, enhance user engagement, and drive product adoption. You will focus on developing impactful marketing content, managing high-impact user engagement programs, and aligning product messaging with customer needs. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to execute strategic initiatives, showcasing the platform’s value and maximizing its reach.

While working towards these goals you will focus on:

Product Positioning and Messaging:

  1. Defining and refining the platform’s unique value propositions (USPs).
  2. Developing messaging tailored to technical decision-makers, engineering managers, and CAE engineers.
  3. Translating complex product features into user-centric benefits for multiple audiences.
  4. Contributing to technological and commercial watch.

User Engagement and Growth:

  1. Designing and implementing programs that allow users to drive user acquisition and adoption, such as trials, webinars, and hands-on sessions.
  2. Identifying existing content, editing and collaborating with the product team as needed to refine material for these programs.
  3. Helping manage logistics, marketing, and materials.
  4. Orchestrating technical and application-focused events to highlight product capabilities and business impact.
  5. Overseeing the development and distribution of product newsletters.

Sales Enablement:

  1. Contributing to the creation of sales tools like pitch decks, one-pagers, and customer case studies.
  2. Working with the product team to highlight new features and ensure alignment with user needs.
  3. Collaborating with the sales team to address content gaps and provide tailored materials.
  4. Supporting ROI-focused storytelling in sales assets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  1. Collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
  2. Acting as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to refine messaging.

Your qualifications

  1. 3–5 years of experience in product marketing within SaaS or AI-driven enterprise solutions.
  2. Engineering background.
  3. A proven track record of driving user adoption and creating impactful marketing assets.
  4. Hands-on experience in delivering technical webinars or training sessions.
  5. The ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, user-friendly messaging.
  6. A strong understanding of CAE, AI, or engineering workflows to facilitate effective collaboration with product teams.
  7. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
  8. Expertise in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  9. Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and execute events successfully.
  10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to deliver value efficiently.
