Your mission

At MakerVerse, we are looking for a highly ambitious Intern who will play a critical role in driving and scaling our IT & automation processes. With a deep passion for IT and digitalization, you will have the possibility to shape the long-term IT Strategy at MakerVerse while improving and automating business processes.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Processes

• Oversee IT infrastructure including hardware procurement, setup, configuration, and inventory management.
• Ensure smooth IT onboarding for new hires, granting access to necessary systems, applications, and network resources.
• Utilize Microsoft Intune for device management, including configuration, deployment, and monitoring.

Automation & Operational Efficiency

• Implement new tools and optimize existing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Research and evaluate new tools and technologies that support our digital automation initiatives
• Support the Information Security Officer with the ISO 27001 re-audit and transition process.

Your profile

• Passionate about IT & Digitalization, basic knowledge MS 365 environment including MS Intune is a plus
• Studying Business Informatics, Business with focus in technology / IT, or additional Tech bootcamps
• Exceptional communication skills, as well as a hands-on mentality
• Highly ambitious and equipped with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluent in English
