For our site in Visp we are looking for a Senior Reliability & Asset Manager (m/f/d) for Plant Engineering Biologics. In this role you will ensure the reliability, efficiency and maintainability of equipment and systems within Biologics facilities. You will be analyzing performance data, developing and implementing reliability strategies, conducting failure analysis and improving maintenance processes to enhance overall plant reliability, efficiency and reduce downtime.
Key responsibilities:

Design and implement reliability improvement plans

Develop, monitor and update maintenance strategies and programs

Ensure failure analysis and problem solving
-
Optimize maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment & system uptime and cost efficiency

Support asset and budget management
-
Responsible for training and development of engineering & maintenance teams on reliability standard processes and new procedures

Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations
Key requirements:

University degree in Mechanical/Process Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience

Expert in Engineering, Maintenance in Biopharma/GMP environment
-
Very good understanding of business and financial processes
-
Professional communication externally and internally at higher levels; strong business understanding

Structured, focused and well-organised working attitude
-
Fluent German is required as well as good verbal and written English skills
