Marketing and Operations Specialist

HUGO BOSS is a leading premium tech-driven fashion platform, and as our Marketing and Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of fashion collections. Your primary focus will be on managing and optimizing the flow of goods, inventory processes, and logistics operations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and maintain the sample parts warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and capacity planningMonitor the flow of goods to guarantee timely delivery, handling both domestic and international shipmentsPrepare and manage partner fittings, coordinating shipping and logistical arrangements for special transportOrganize and execute the removal of packaging materials and manage outlet shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulationsAct as a key interface between logistics, customs, brand management, and partners to ensure smooth collaborationFacilitate fitting appointments, ensuring logistical preparation and follow-upAnalyze and improve inventory and logistics processes, planning resources effectively to meet operational needsMaintain detailed records and provide regular updates on inventory levels and logistics performance to managementRequirements:Proven experience and understanding of logistics processes including shipping, customs, and inventory managementStrong coordination and organizational skills with attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for inventory tracking and reportingGood communication and interface management skills with the ability to work across teams and partnersReliability and a proactive approach to problem-solvingA strong team player with a passion for fashion and familiarity with industry operationsFluent in English and German; additional language skills (e.g., French or Spanish) a plusBenefits:A competitive salary and attractive benefits packageFlexible working models, including our 'Threedom of Work' program, allowing for 3 days in Metzingen and 2 days working remotely30 vacation days per year and a 37-hour workweekA comprehensive training program, including online courses at HUGO BOSS University and external training providersExclusive discounts for shopping and arts, including free entrance to international art museumsSupport for sustainability initiatives and commitment to environmental protectionAccess to an award-winning restaurant & café, Times
